We scan with a Creaform Go!SCAN SPARK — a handheld structured-light scanner that captures up to 1,500,000 points per second at 0.05 mm accuracy and 0.2 mm resolution, in colour, without sticking markers to your part.
That is accurate enough for reverse engineering and for checking a part against its original geometry, and fast enough to scan equipment that cannot be out of service for long.
Scan
Capture the geometry of the part where it sits, in colour, with no markers and no disassembly where we can avoid it.
Mesh
Process the raw scan into a clean, watertight mesh you can actually work with.
Model
Rebuild it as editable CAD, so the replacement can be corrected or strengthened rather than merely copied.
Inspect
Compare a part against its original geometry and report where it has moved, worn or distorted.
Make
Print the part, or hand over the files and let you take it from there.
